The floral decoration and its structure are believed to include characteristics of Russian neoclassicism.

The inner side is decorated with arched colonnade, with alternating impressed floral motifs below. The rim has sings of faded inscription. Believed to have been made by a workshop in Kayseri, Turkey.

The base is supported on three legs and has a lacelike rim.
