Festive dress made of satin in bright blue color. The upper part has a deep front opening, with the sleeves sewn vertically to the body, ending to a “cap”. The deep opening and the sleeve seams and endings are decorated with gold thread. Joined at the waist with long pleated skirt, ending in a black velvet appliquéd edge (the so-called katofedaki).
Large woven rug, formed by eight sheets sewn together. The plain, the central part of decoration, is in dark blue background and divided into five decorative zones, each of which carries a double row of the distinctive Metsovo pattern, the Achelous River (or, aspropotamos [white river]). The zones are separated between them either by recurring zoomorphic motifs or cherries. The central part of decoration is framed by wide edging with two-headed eagles evolving on bright red background; parallel to it, develops an outward wide edge in petrol blue background with the chiavrapattern.
